No fewer than six medical doctors have lost their lives in a fatal auto accident that took place some kilometres to Kaduna.
It was gathered that late medical practitioners were among the delegates from Ekiti State chapter of the Nigerian Medical Association, NMA, going for the association’s 56th annual general conference and delegates meeting in Sokoto State.
Tragedy was said to have occurred after the rear tyre of the bus conveying the doctors burst on motion and the driver reportedly slammed the brake, which caused the bus, carrying 14 passengers, to somersault, killing six of the doctors and the driver too.
It was however not sure if the vehicle was travelling on top speed when the unfortunate incident happened.
Aproko247 was able to get identities of the victims to be Dr Adeniyi James, Dr OJ Taiwo, Dr Ogunseye, Dr Aladesanmi, Dr Akinyele Lexy and Dr Olajide, while the driver is Mr Ajibola.
