Aproko247 has confirmed that the officers of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps, NSDDC, involved in the alleged assault of a journalist some days ago have been queried by the Corps.
This was confirmed to us on Friday by the NSCDC following an enquiry made by this magazine on the issue.
“A disciplinary panel has been set up on the matter, queries have been issued to affected officers,” the Civil Defense Corps informed Aproko247.
At an event held in Ibadan, Oyo State some days ago, a journalist with Leadership newspaper was manhandled by some officials of the Corps, after he was reportedly accredited to cover the occasion.
