The list containing nominees for ambassadorial positions has been forwarded to the Senate by President Muhammadu Buhari.
This was contained in a letter sent to the Senate on Thursday and read before the lawmakers by the Senate President, Bukola Saraki.
According to the letter, the nominees are career diplomats who will oversee Nigeria’s mission outside the country.
The nominees include Obinna Chukwuemeka, Salisu Umoru, Iyang Udoh Iyang, Okeke Vivian Nwanaku, Niman Munir, Edem Jane Ada, Muhammed Hassan Hassan, Martin Young Cobham, Janet Molegbo Olisah, Itegbuoye Sunday and Olatunde Adesesan.
Other are Lilian Ijekwu Onu, Manaja Tulahi Isa, Ngozi Ukeje, Bello Kazaure Huseini, Inoc Pierre Ducci, Garba Baba, Usman Bakori Aliyu, Umar Zainab Salisu, Momoh Seyidou Umieza, Kadri Ayinla, Balogun, Hakeem, Nosa Ahmed, Ibrahim Isa and Bankole Adegboyega Adeoye.
Also on the list are Ibidapo Obe Oluwasegun, Ogundayo Sakirat, Eric A. Belgam, Ateru Aliru, Ramata Bulima, Musa Rahman, Kabiru Bala, Damu Shuaibu, D. A Agiv, TK Gonglong, Ibrahim Hamza, KC Nwachukwu, Q.R Lolu, E.K Oguntuwase, A.I Paragauda, L.A Gasharga, Olufemi Abikoye, Abubakar Ibrahim, Rabiu Kauru, Odeka Janet Biong and Adekunbi Habeebat.
