The management and staff of Arik Air have been lambasted for allegedly having poor customer relations.
This followed the company’s reaction to a horrible experience shared by popular artiste, Nikki Laoye, when she flew the airline recently.
One of the commentators said Arik Air using social media to respond to the issue was totally unprofessional.
Also slammed was a man who claimed to be a crew member of the airline. The said staffer, Ichako Knight Okpewono with the username @dr_strange74, lashed out at Nigerians for always complaining when they fly Nigerian-owned airlines, but not same with foreign airlines.
