Last Saturday, June 25, 2016, a prayer session was held in Ifo, Ogun State as the Aqibatu_L_Khaeri Islamic Society of Nigeria, led by Sheik Abdul Ganiy Alao Shitta, the Fakhrul ulamohi of Ifo land, hosted their 10th Annual Lailatul Quadri Ramadan Lecture tagged “Corruption and Nation Building.”
For those who attended the event, which was held overnight, the prayer session will continue to linger on in their memory.
The programme started at exactly 10pm and ended at about 6am on Sunday with notable Islamic scholars on ground, who delivered powerful and thought-provoking messages.
Also, two notable Fuji musicians, Muri Alabi Thunder fondly called Mr Music and his bestie, Kokoro Taofeeq otherwise called Olohun Lugoo, were at the event as guests.
