The plenary of the Benue State House Of Assembly ended in pandemonium on Tuesday, July, 19, 2016.
It was learnt that the trouble started when some members made moves to impeach Speaker of the House, Terkimbir Ikyange.
Aproko247 gathered that the lawmaker representing Logo constituency, Kester Terna-Kyenge, moved a motion to remove Ikyange.
However, the Speaker overruled the motion.
It was said that Kester allegedly attempted to physically assault the Speaker, but was prevented some other members of the House.
In the melee, Ikyange adjourned the sitting till Thursday, July 21, 2016.
