A Lagos court has disclosed that it would deliver judgement this Friday on a case involving the murder of a female banker in 2011, allegedly by her husband.
This was contained in a hearing notice issued to the prosecution and defence counsels.
The late banker, Titilayo, was allegedly killed by her hubby, Akolade Arowolo, at their residence located at 8, Akindeinde Street, Isolo, Lagos.
Arowolo claimed that his wife killed herself by falling on a knife during an argument between them on his birthday, but witnesses claimed the man may have stabbed his wife to death.
On Friday, February 21, 2014, an Ikeja High Court will rule on the matter.
On December 21, 2011, Arowolo was arraigned before Justice Lateefat Okunnu, on a one-count charge of murder.
