Different and strange things happen these days that leave many mouths wide-open in total disbelief.
Or how would one describe an incident that occurred recently involving a ‘man of God’ taking his own life just because his girlfriend found love in another man.
According to what we gathered, a 38-year old church pastor, who is also a Zimbabwean gospel musician called Richard Nhika, took his life while filming himself.
Explaining in his suicidal video, Nhika said he was prompted to commit suicide as a result of a conflict he had with his girlfriend named Nomatter.
According to him, “This is where I am seated, just close to the road… I think it’s about 15 to 20 metres so take care.”
He further told his erstwhile girlfriend in the video that, “I will always love you no matter what, which is why when I saw you I never insulted you or said anything bad.”
“I have decided to die next to this tree so that everyone can see, this is real poison you can even see for yourself,” he said and drank a liquid poison in a small drop container.
The pastor was said to have later died in the hospital, where he was rushed to by those moved to save him.
