Members of the terrorist group, Boko Haram, have kidnapped about 100 young men in a village in Borno State. The latest development is happening more than four months after the insurgents carried out a similar attack in Borno, where no fewer than 250 schoolgirls in a Chibok secondary school were abducted.
It was learnt that the incident took place on Sunday evening in Doron Baga community and the group may have also conscripted the boys into the terrorist group.
During the invasion, more than 10 persons were feared dead, we learnt.
One of the affected persons, who flee to safety in Maiduguri, informed newsmen on Thursday that, “The attack was on Sunday, in my family they killed six people, I don’t know about the other families but the Hadaijawa community which I belong also had 100 of the abducted by the insurgents.”
