Former Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nasir El-Rufai, has obtained his nomination form of the All Progressives Congress, APC, for the Kaduna State governorship election in 2015. He will be hoping to emerge the candidate of APC at the poll.
El-Rufai, a Deputy National Secretary of APC, picked his form on Friday at the party’s secretariat in Kaduna. He stormed the secretariat with some of his supporters, who cheered him. El-Rufai said he’s going into the race to rescue the state.
Addressing newsmen after getting his expression of interest and nomination forms, the former Minister said his mission of saving Kaduna is inevitable, adding that if elected as Governor, Kaduna would heave a sigh of relief from retrogression and bad governance.
