A blast in the busy city of Kano has occurred and has claimed more than 12 lives. The explosion took place at one of the busiest motor parks in the ancient city.
The Tuesday blast also affected some vehicles in the park and thick cloud of smokes were visibly seen from a distance.
Residents and motorists in the area quickly ran to safety immediately after the incident happened.
The bus station, Kano Line, is located at Naibawa Area, along Zaria Road.
At the moment, rescue workers and security officials are attending to victims and the scene condoned off.
